Fa-Ber Consultancy & Survey Ltd. Co., has been established in 2006 with the partnership of Murat Fatin Bereketoglu and Ayla Bereketoglu. Mr. Bereketoglu, as The General Manager and CEO of FABER, has a total 15 years past experience of Banking of which 9 Years as The Branch Managers of the different Turkish Banks in different regions. He started his banking career at Interbank as Management Trainee and within 6 years he has been promoted as Branch Manager of 5 different Turkish Banks. During his Banking Career, he was mostly interested in Foreign Exchange and Financing of Foreign Trading / Investments Projects and Correspondant Banking. Especially having interested with different Banking Instruments of Financing, He had keen interest in European’s CMAs and SMAs that recognized risk mitigation mechanism under the Bank for International Settlements Basel II accords and He had studied the possibilities of executing CMAs and SMAs in Turkish Banking System that, at last, in 2008 he has achieved to be the Collateral Manager of first CMA project in Turkey with FABER.
After being out of Banking System by the Turkish Banking Crises in 2002, He has the pride of returning back to Banking System, that he has a profound knowledge about, but this time in a various position, as Collateral Manager with the company FABER CONSULTANCY & SURVEY.
